Pricing and Availability
Sometimes due to the high volume of orders on products, an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. If this
happens, we will notify you personally and will be able to help you find an alternate item.
Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do
occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are
also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience

Ring Size
If your ring does not fit, we will immediately resize it free of charge
within 45 days of its original shipment. Resizing will take
approximately 10-14 business days.
Available Payment Methods
For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:
- Credit cards: Use your Visa or MasterCard
- Payment by Money Order or Cheque to be received at Classic Creations
prior to shipment.
Gift Certificate Policies
For security purposes, when you redeem your gift certificate online,
we require that you use a credit card. This helps us ensure your
identity, as well as protecting against fraudulent use of your gift
certificate. Your credit card will not be charged unless your order
total exceeds the amount of your gift certificate.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned
for a cash refund, and are not transferable. Any unused portion will
remain available for future purchases under the same Gift Certificate
Number. Classic Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen gift
certificates. At anytime that you wish, you are able to check the
balance on your gift certificate.
Classic Creations gift certificates are redeemable in our store or on our
website.
Shipments Are Insured
For your utmost convenience we fully insure each order all the way to
you. Meaning that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is
always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a
signature is required for all orders, regardless of any signature
waivers you may have with FedEx.
Alternative Shipping Address
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your
billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your
alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company.
This helps insure and protect you from fraudulent charges to your
credit card.
Saturday Delivery
If you are not available to receive your order on a weekday, we are
able to arrange your order to be shipped to you on Saturday. FedEx
Saturday Service, available in the vast majority of US and Canadian cities,
is subject to availability. If Saturday Service is unavailable in
your area, we can arrange for you to pick up your package at the
FedEx World Service Center nearest you. If you're interested in this

Diamond Certificates
When you order a loose diamond, we ship it to you with the
accompanying diamond certificate. These grading reports are complete
detailed analysis created by diamond grading experts at one of two
highly-respected diamond laboratories, GIA and EGL — making it very
expensive to replace a diamond grading report. Because of this, we
require each diamond grading report to be included with each returned
diamond. If you do not return the certificate with the diamond you
will be charged a replacement fee.
Sales Tax
Classic Creations Jewellers is a Canadian owned and operated company. Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to the Province of
Ontario. In all other provinces in Canada GST will be collected where appropriate
as will HST.
Sales and Price Reductions
At Classic Creations Jewellers, our goal is providing you with the
lowest prices and best quality the industry has to offer. That is why
all of our prices are final.
30 Day Returns
Classic Creations Jewellers may in certain circumstances agree to
accept your piece on return within 30 days of the original purchase
date. Special order items, engraved items, sized or altered items can
not be returned or exchanged. Please contact our office directly for clarification of our Return Policy.
Comparison Purchasing
To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing.
Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the
intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remainder.
This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very
costly. To confirm the quality of a jewelry item, please
use our contact form to email your question and we would be
happy to help you make your choice.
Information on Our Web Site
We make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog up to date and
accurate on all of the items. In order to give you the opportunity to
view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or
smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every
computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.
Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail
about your product purchase as possible so that you can see the
exquisite beauty and shape of a particular item. In compliance with
industry standards and FTC regulations, Classic Creations states carat
total weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 carats from stated weight.
On our web site, we display the dimensions of our products based on
the information received from our manufacturers. For any convex or
rounded jewelry item, the width and length stated in the product
description is taken by the manufacturer, prior to the rounding of the
metal in the manufacturing process, which may lead to a discrepancy in
any measurements taken after this process.
For any item containing multiple diamonds, we list the average
grade and measurement for color, clarity, and carat weight. These
averages are calculated by adding all grades or measurements that
comprise the inventory with regard to that particular piece of
merchandise, and determining the closest mean.
